Who are you, and what do you make?
Kamp Mattresses Private Limited is a mattress manufacturer based in Nallasopara, Maharashtra. We have been making mattresses since 2014. We make mattresses only, nothing else.

Do you manufacture your mattresses yourselves?
Yes. Every Kamp mattress is made at our own unit in Nallasopara. When you speak to us, you speak to the people who make the product.

Can I visit your factory?

Choosing a Mattress

Which mattress is right for me?
It depends on how you sleep, your body weight, and whether you want a firmer or softer feel. Tell us these three things and we will recommend the right mattress from our range. If you can come to the unit, lie down on the options before you choose.

What types of mattresses do you offer?
E.g., foam, rebonded, memory foam, spring, orthopaedic. Ask us for the current range and specifications.

What sizes are available?
We make standard sizes: [single / double / queen / king, with dimensions]. If your bed frame is a non-standard size, we can make a mattress to fit it.

What thicknesses can I choose from?

Ordering and Pricing

How do I get a quotation?
Call or WhatsApp us with the mattress type, size, thickness, and quantity. We will send you a clear quotation. For bulk or dealer requirements, mention that in your first message so we can quote correctly.

Do you sell a single mattress, or only in bulk?
Both. We supply single pieces to families and bulk quantities to dealers, retailers, hotels, hostels, and institutions.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
For individual buyers, there is no minimum. For dealer and wholesale pricing, the minimum is [quantity].

Do you offer dealer or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Dealer and wholesale rates depend on quantity and mattress type. Tell us what you need and we will quote you directly.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

What are your payment terms?
Advance percentage : 50%, balance terms, accepted modes: bank transfer, UPI, cheque. We issue a GST invoice for every order.

Delivery

Which areas do you deliver to?
Delivery coverage: e.g., Vasai-Virar, Mumbai, MMR, Maharashtra, other states. For locations outside this list, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you.

How long does delivery take?
Standard sizes Within 4 - 5 Working Days. Custom sizes and bulk orders: [timeline. We confirm the delivery date in writing when you place the order.

What are the delivery charges?
Charges depend on distance and order size. We state them clearly in your quotation, so there are no surprises later.

Can I collect the mattress from your unit?
Yes. Self-pickup from Nallasopara is available. Tell us in advance so your order is ready.

Quality, Care, and Support

What is the warranty on your mattresses?
